Cookies we use

• Authentication session cookies (set by our auth provider Supabase, names prefixed "sb-"): keep the organizer signed in to their account. Essential, session-bound duration.
• NEXT_LOCALE: remembers the chosen language (Italian, German, English). Essential to show the site in your language.
• impersonator_session: used only by platform staff while assisting an account; a normal user never receives it.

Browser local storage

• eventi-visitor-id: a random device identifier so your photo "hearts" are remembered without an account. Not linked to your name and never shared with third parties.
• eventi-guest-name: the optional name you pick when uploading a photo, remembered so you don't have to retype it.
• eventi-upload-consent: remembers that you already confirmed you have the right to upload content, so we don't ask for every photo.
• eventi-my-photos: the codes that let you delete photos you uploaded yourself (from the invitation they stay on the device; from the QR gallery only until you close the tab).
• convivio-theme: your choice between light and dark theme in the organizer area, if you changed it.
• invite-opened (session only): avoids showing the animated envelope again every time you reopen the same invitation.

No tracking

We use no third-party profiling, marketing or analytics cookies or scripts. If we ever introduce any, this page will be updated and, where required, we will ask for your consent first.

Managing them

You can clear cookies and local storage at any time from your browser settings. Without the essential cookies some features (login, language choice, photo hearts) stop working.
