The service

Eventi SaaS lets you create event pages with a personalized invitation, RSVP collection, a private photo gallery plus a public one via QR code, an audio/video guestbook and management tools. Some features depend on the chosen package.

Account

Organizing events requires an account with truthful information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for what happens through your account. Guests do not need an account.

Packages and prices

• Packages (guests, gallery storage) are one-time purchases per event: no subscription, no automatic renewal.
• Gallery storage is valid for 1 year from the chosen activation date (which may be in the future, e.g. the event date).
• Displayed prices are final. [VAT REGIME — TO BE COMPLETED: e.g. no VAT shown pursuant to § 19 UStG (German small business scheme), if applicable.]
• The free plan has reduced limits shown at selection time.

Content duration and deletion

When the package expires, gallery and guestbook content remains recoverable for 30 days and is then permanently and automatically deleted. We recommend downloading your photos (a full-download button is available) before expiry. Permanent deletion is not reversible.

Organizer responsibilities and content

• You warrant that you have the right to use the content you upload and to invite the people whose data you enter.
• For your guests' data you act as an independent data controller (see the privacy policy): informing them and collecting any required consents (particularly for minors) is up to you.
• You are responsible for moderating your gallery: you have tools to approve, hide and delete guest-uploaded content.

Acceptable use

Uploading illegal or defamatory content, content violating others' rights or dignity, and using the service for spam or abuse is forbidden. In case of violations we may remove content and suspend or close the account, notifying you unless legally prevented.

Content ownership

Content remains the property of whoever uploaded it. You grant us only the technical license needed to host it, process it (e.g. previews, metadata stripping) and show it to the people the organizer gives access to.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is, without a guarantee of continuous availability. We are not liable for indirect damages or content loss beyond what the law provides; keep a copy of important content. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected event's package.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Right of withdrawal

If you purchase as an EU consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you request that the digital service start immediately (e.g. immediate activation of gallery storage), the right of withdrawal lapses upon full performance, as provided by digital content rules. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; substantial changes will be communicated to organizers with reasonable notice. Continued use after they take effect counts as acceptance.

Governing law and jurisdiction
